  • 27/hr | Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Bilingual Spanish Medical Office Assistant to support the closure of a medical practice in Laguna Hills, CA.
This is a temporary assignment, ideal for someone with a strong background in healthcare administration who can bring professionalism, organization, and empathy for a seamless transition process.

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM

PM Location:
Laguna Hills, CA (Onsite) Key Responsibilities Support administrative operations related to medical practice closure activities Assist with patient notifications, including phone calls and written communication Coordinate and facilitate medical records transitions and requests Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements Manage patient inquiries and provide clear, professional guidance during the transition Handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism Maintain organized records, files, and tracking systems Assist with general administrative tasks to support operational wrap-up Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timelines and requirements are met Qualifications Bilingual Spanish Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare administrative setting required Strong knowledge of medical terminology, patient processes, and records handling Experience with patient communication and coordination High level of empathy and professionalism, especially in sensitive or difficult conversations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable attendance and ability to commit to the duration of the assignment If you have proven medical office experience and are ready to make a meaningful impact during an important transition, apply today for immediate consideration.
