$2,080.00•MDR Encino Pharmacy Job Description The Patient Care Coordinator operates in a call center setting as the point of contact for the IVF clinics we partner with and the patients we serve. The Patient Care Coordinator offers an agile and responsive service to ensure our patients get their medications in a timely and efficient manner. The Patient Experience is paramount at MDR Encino Pharmacy and our Patient Care Coordinators are a large part of that effort. What You Will Do In this role you are tasked with ensuring the timely delivery of medications and that the order is billed correctly. A high priority is placed on a candidate's ability to be detail oriented, compute basic math calculations and to prioritize work based on importance and urgency. The ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion to our valued patients who rely on us for their medications in both verbal and written communications. Work well in a team-oriented organization by working directly with internal business partners to resolve issues promptly. Qualifications Must be able to work the required hours of the shift, eight-hour shift, Monday - Friday and alternating weekends. Must be able to work on-site. Previous experience working in a pharmacy is a plus! Strong customer service experience is required. PC Literate; have basic knowledge of Word and Excel; Must type at least 45 wpm.
