In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, manage administrative tasks with efficiency, and support the smooth operation of the medical office. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, providing a welcoming environment and maintaining professional phone etiquette. Manage multi-line phone systems, scheduling appointments, and responding promptly to inquiries. Check patients in, recording vital signs, and help them feel welcome. Process electronic forms for billing and referrals Requirements Prior office experience in a medical or healthcare setting is highly preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual (Mandarin) abilities are a plus. Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills to support patient interactions professionally.
