Medical Office Assistant 1801 Solar Drive, Oxnard, CA 93030 $20

- Assist healthcare providers in delivering patient care.
- front and back office experience and answering phone system
- familiarity with EHR and scheduling patients , authorization, billing experience is plus
- Perform clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, administering medications, and collecting specimens
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Provide medical administrative support such as scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
- Ensure a clean and organized clinical environment ```Experience```
- Knowledge of human physiology and anatomy
- Familiarity with medical terminology and coding
- Experience in medication administration
- Proficiency in taking vital signs accurately
- Strong medical administrative support skills
- Excellent patient service skills
Requirements:
- Certification or diploma in Medical Assisting
- Previous experience as a Medical Assistant preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including electronic medical records systems
