Patient Care Coordinator

At Petaluma Dental Group, our passion is to provide a unique and exceptional experience for everyone that comes through our door and to leave a positive impact on their lives. As our Patient Care Coordinator you will be be responsible for making the first in person impression to all patients. The ideal candidate will warmly greet and check-in patients upon arrival, assist patients with completing our digital forms, sync to patient charts, ensuring cleanliness and comfort of patients in our reception area as well as other office tasks. We are looking for motivated individuals who are team-oriented and always willing to learn about what makes our practice unique. Hours are Mon-Thurs 7:45am - 4:45pm.

Job Requirements:

Two years experience providing excellent customer service One year experience in patient care in a dental setting preferred Bilingual in Spanish is preferred Possess the ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of customer service Must have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal Present a positive, polite, and confident attitude at all times HIPAA familiarity - maintain patient confidentiality at all times Maintain a professional appearance

Pay:

$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
