The Admissions Coordinator meets with families to provide prayerful, practical, and spiritual support as they seek the Lord's guidance on whether BCS is a good fit for their family. Equally, the Admissions Coordinator helps cultivate a strong spiritual community by providing insight into whether a family is a good fit for BCS. This role manages the admissions process from inquiry through enrollment, ensuring a Christ-centered experience for all families.
Hours:
This is a part-time position, with an average of 20 scheduled hours per week, during weeks of school operation.

Job Requirements Provide pastoral care and spiritual support for new BCS families as they transition to BCS. Offer spiritual and practical discernment on whether incoming families are a good fit for BCS's spiritual life. Manage all admissions inquiries, applications, campus tours, and open houses, ensuring timely and warm, professional communication with prospective families. Schedule and proctor new student assessment testing as part of the admissions process. Generate and maintain accurate enrollment, demographic, and reporting data for internal and external use. Communicate effectively with families and staff to ensure a clear understanding of admissions timelines, processes, and requirements. Uphold the mission and values of Bethel Christian School by fostering a positive, Christ-centered experience for all students and families. Assist in developing and implementing school marketing and recruitment strategies. Create and coordinate promotional materials, newsletters, social media content, and admissions campaigns. Help maintain and update the school website and admissions materials. Coordinate photography, testimonials, and stories that highlight school culture and student life. Promote school events, open houses, and community outreach opportunities. Ensure branding and messaging consistently reflect the school's mission and values. Build relationships with local churches, preschools, homeschool communities, and community organizations. Represent the school at community events, school fairs, and recruitment opportunities. Organize and host admissions events such as open houses, preview days, and information nights. Follow up with prospective families to encourage enrollment. Assist in developing referral and ambassador programs for current families. Minimum Qualifications Committed follower of Jesus Christ whose life reflects a personal relationship with Him. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an educational setting. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in data management. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, welcoming demeanor. Proficiency with student information systems, database management, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment. Commitment to upholding the mission, vision, and Statement of Faith of Bethel Christian School. Ability to fulfill the physical and work requirements of the job. (See attached) Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as educational employment history check and reference check. This position does not qualify for sponsorship of work authorization or an employment visa, so candidates must be legally qualified to work in the U.S. to be considered for this position. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field. At least 2 years of attending Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry. Prior experience as a Registrar or Admissions professional in a private or faith-based school. Familiarity with FACTS SIS or similar student management systems. Knowledge of California school regulations and documentation standards.
