No Job Description We're looking for Patient Access Representatives who are excited to support patients and clinical teams through efficient scheduling, communication, and coordination of imaging services. In this role, you'll perform receptionist and clerical duties, schedule diagnostic exams, guide patients through preparation instructions, and assist with authorizations to help ensure a smooth and positive patient experience. Key Responsibilities Perform routine office and front desk duties within the Radiology Department Schedule imaging examinations and provide patient preparation instructions Complete authorizations and maintain required documentation Support clerical workflows, including ABN and MSP form management Collaborative Teamwork This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, patient-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
