Ensuring efficient coordination of patient access services, referral intake, scheduling readiness, and authorization workflows. This position supports daily operations across authorizations, scheduling, visit preparation, and intake functions while promoting high standards of customer service, accuracy, compliance, and timely patient care. This role will lead in being a resource to staff by assisting in workflow coordination, onboarding & training support, escalations, and adhering to policies and procedures. The full salary range for the PAC Lead & PSA/Intake Coordinator is $29.35 - $42.06 per hour. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff. Federal, state, or local government directives may impose additional requirements. degree Seven years of direct experience performing tasks related to front end & patient access duties (patient registration, scheduling, authorizations, benefits/eligibility/insurance verification, and strong knowledge of health plan structure of benefits).
