$26.00-$28.00 per hour Del Rosa Villa is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admissions Coordinator to serve as a key liaison between our facility, referral sources, residents, and families. What You'll Do Coordinate and manage the admissions process from referral to admission Communicate with hospitals, case managers, families, and internal teams regarding placement and bed availability Verify insurance coverage, benefits, and required documentation Ensure timely and accurate completion of admissions paperwork Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support census goals Provide a positive, professional first impression for residents and families Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations What We're Looking For Previous admissions, intake, or healthcare administrative experience preferred Strong knowledge of skilled nursing or post-acute care environments a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented approach Why Join Del Rosa Villa?
