Position Overview Our Dental Patient Coordinator is responsible for coordinating an efficient, goal-driven schedule while supporting key front office operations including accounts receivable management, membership program oversight, and new patient intake. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the internal marketing efforts, schedule optimization, and manage patient communications. This position also requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiatives from concept to completion. AR Management:
claims follow ups, payment plans, collect over the phone with confidence Manage internal marketing: email, text campaigns, events with Dentrix Hub Commitment to ongoing learning through available training platforms is essential. Verify insurance, process claims, assist with billing, collect and post payments Manage membership accounts, calls, emails, and patient communications promptly Prompt, professional management of office communications Qualifications Dental front office experience (required) Career Mindset Dentrix proficiency ( required) Strong organizational skills and ability to pivot when required Proactive, self-directed problem solver Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance, and billing processes Treatment coordinator experience (nice to have) Open to occasional weekend training or travel for professional development Our team enjoys a 4 day work week with a full-time schedule of: Tuesday-Friday 7:45AM -5:00PM Compensation and Benefits Competitive hourly rate of $30-35 per hour depending on experience Vacation Sick leave Dental benefits Paid holidays Retirement Parking If you're someone who thrives in a supportive environment and loves helping people smile, we'd love to hear from you!
