Certified Medical Assistant- Outpatient Primary Care Clinic

Overview We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant with Primary Care or Outpatient Clinic experience to join our team in San Jose. This role supports Providers in a fast-paced outpatient setting and plays a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

What You'll Do:

Take vital signs, perform patient intake, and assist with exams Venipuncture, injections, ECGs, specimen collection Process medication refills and document in EPIC (preferred) Support patient flow, scheduling, insurance verification, and check-in/out Provide patient education and assist with immunizations

Qualifications:

National MA Certification (AAMA, AMT, NCCT, AMCA, or CCBMA) 2+ years of Primary Care or Outpatient experience required EPIC experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Bilingual (Spanish, Mandarin, or Vietnamese) a plus
