SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL

Monday through Friday schedule No nights or weekends required No call coverage responsibilities Average daily patient volume of approximately 16-20 patients Outpatient-only primary care setting

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide full-spectrum outpatient primary care services Manage acute and chronic health conditions across the lifespan Develop long-term patient relationships through continuity of care Perform preventative care, wellness visits, and chronic disease management Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and support staff Maintain accurate and timely documentation within

EPIC EMR COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Requirements:

Family Nurse Practitioner license in California

REQUIRED
