Compensation:

Up to $160,000 annually

We're looking for PMHNPs/PAs to join this initiative by working with us at our Inpatient facility in San Jose, CA.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and daily inpatient follow-ups Manage acute psychiatric conditions in an outpatient setting Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams including nursing, therapists, and case management Participate in treatment planning and discharge planning Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation

Requirements:

Active PMHNP or PA license in California DEA license (eligible for reimbursement) Prior Inpatient psychiatry experience preferred Strong clinical judgment, efficiency, and communication skills Why Join PsychPlus?
