Description :
The Admissions Coordinator, reporting to the Vice President of Admissions & Marketing has responsibility for the end-to-end admissions process, serving as a primary contact for prospective families while handling the related administrative, data, and event logistics.
Responsibilities:
Represents JSerra at numerous school functions and communicates the vision and mission of the school to prospective students and parents. Collaborates with the Vice President of Admissions & Marketing and engagement in the coordination of recruiting and admissions activities, including Open Houses, Information Nights, 8th Grade Visitation Day, Lion Family Receptions, High School Presentations, Placement Tests, Incoming Student Nights, and Middle School Collaboration Events. Leads campus tours for potential students and parents.
- Take a leadership role in coordinating strategic recruiting for specified extracurricular programs.
Build relationships with current JSerra families. Schedule shadow days, promote applications, and confirm enrollment.
