Our team works closely with patients, providers, and law firms to ensure timely care, accurate documentation, and seamless coordination. We offer a stable, team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth as the company continues to expand. What You'll Do As a Medical Intake Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing new and existing patient cases. This position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across multiple systems.
Responsibilities include:
Call patients to collect injury information, medical history, and medication details Communicate with provider offices for prescription and case follow-ups Enter prescriptions and patient data into pharmacy systems Create and manage patient profiles Process prescriptions and generate shipping labels Follow up with patients and law firms regarding required documents Track shipments and ensure timely delivery Maintain ongoing communication with law firms regarding case status Accurately document all interactions and updates Qualifications (Required) Bilingual (Spanish required)
  • must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Previous experience in medical intake, pharmacy, or administrative roles Strong customer service and communication skills Fast and efficient typing and computer skills Ability to multitask across multiple platforms (CRM, pharmacy systems, e-signature tools, shipping software) Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong follow-up and documentation skills What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Confident and professional on the phone Proactive and able to problem-solve independently A fast learner who can adapt quickly Team-oriented with strong communication skills Detail-oriented and consistent with notes and follow-ups What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($18•20/hour) Performance-based bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends) Supportive, team-focused work environment Opportunity for growth as the company expands How to Apply Please apply through Indeed with your resume.
