Family Medicine Physician | Outpatient Primary Care | Stockton Family Medical Center |4 Day Week Citizens Memorial Hospita l (CMH) is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join Stockton Family Medical Center , a Rural Health Clinic serving a close-knit community in southwest Missouri—just minutes from Stockton Lake and surrounded by the natural beauty of the Ozarks. This is an opportunity to practice relationship-based, outpatient primary care with real autonomy—supported by a mission-driven, physician-led health system that values long-term sustainability over volume.
