Roles:

Greet and check-in patients upon arrival, obtain health forms and insurance cards. Answer patient calls including scheduling appointments and triaging patient questions. Obtain insurance authorizations and check insurance coverage benefits. Escort patients to exam rooms and ask about their chief complaint and history, recording in to the electronic health record. First assist in basic procedures Process surgical equipment and clean patient rooms. Take down basic patient information and physical exam findings Participate in team meetings

Others:

Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, and/or Vietnamese preferred Outstanding people skills and a warm, friendly manner.
