Role:

As a Patient Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for patients. From managing schedules to maintaining accurate records, your expertise in Epic software will help streamline operations and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing friendly and professional assistance. Utilize Epic software to manage patient records, appointments, and communications. Coordinate referrals, follow-ups, and insurance verifications. Address patient inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience with Epic software (required). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role preferred. A commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.
