Job Summary We are seeking a Patient Service Representative for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Beverly Hills, CA. This role is a great fit for a healthcare administrative professional with strong patient registration experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support a busy outpatient clinic or hospital-based medical office environment. As a Patient Service Representative, you will serve as a primary point of contact for patients in person and by phone. You will help create a positive patient experience by managing check-in and check-out, verifying insurance information, scheduling appointments, processing referrals, and resolving patient concerns with professionalism and care. - Greet patients, provide front-desk support, and assist with patient questions, concerns, and service needs.
- Complete patient check-in and check-out, collect co-payments, issue receipts, and reconcile payments accurately.
- Verify patient demographics, insurance coverage, benefit information, referrals, and authorizations in CS-Link/Epic.
- Schedule appointments, complete registration tasks, and support accurate patient records.
- Handle patient and provider correspondence by phone and in person while explaining policies, procedures, and services.
- Escalate patient issues appropriately while maintaining a professional, courteous, and service-focused approach. Compensation and Benefits
