Job Summary A leading healthcare organization in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Patient Services Representative for a temp-to-hire opportunity. As a Patient Services Representative, you will support a busy patient-facing environment by coordinating appointments, confirming insurance coverage, submitting authorizations, updating patient information, and communicating with referring physicians and provider offices. Key Responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments, follow-up visits, and related care coordination activities.
- Submit insurance authorizations and follow up on authorization status as needed.
- Verify patient insurance coverage and ensure information is accurate in the system.
- Update patient demographics, contact details, and other registration information.
- Communicate with referring physicians and outside providers to obtain required medical records.
- Provide professional, courteous support to patients, clinical teams, and administrative staff. Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $26 to $27 per hour.
