Job Description:
Schedules and confirm patients appointments, revising as needed. Maintains thorough and confidential patient charts and records, including importing and communicating scanned documents. Oversees patient service representatives in accordance with institutional policies and procedures. Assists with staff development by setting performance goals and objectives. Conducts performance reviews and establishes quality service standards. Manages office expenses effectively. Prepares work schedules to ensure adequate staffing for patient volume. Identifies and resolves office operational problems. Partners with management and human resources for recruiting, hiring, orienting, and training new staff members. Ensures compliance with medical regulations and office standards for quality patient care and customer service. Oversees work environment, equipment, and supplies to assure quality patient and customer service. Greets patients and caregivers, providing assistance in a manner that reflects high-quality service. Other duties as assigned.

    • 2+ experience working in a healthcare setting; previous work history that demonstrates basic office and computer skills, filing, telephone answering, reception, basic [Required]
    • Experience in an outpatient clinic or physician office [Preferred]
