As a Patient Account Representative, you'll serve as a valuable resource for patients by providing clear information, answering questions, and helping them explore options to successfully manage their medical accounts. About the Role As a Patient Account Representative (PAR), you'll play a key role in assisting patients with their medical accounts while delivering exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and working in a collaborative team environment. What You'll Do Answer inbound and make outbound calls to assist patients with account-related questions. Clearly explain account balances, payment options, and financial responsibilities. Help patients identify solutions and establish payment arrangements that meet their needs. Process payments and maintain accurate account documentation. Update patient information and ensure account records remain current. Collaborate with teammates and other departments to resolve account concerns. Meet performance goals while providing a positive patient experience. What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using computer systems, software applications, and phone platforms.
