Patient Services Specialist (IHSS)

Overview Voyager Home Healthcare (https://voyagerhomehealthcare.com/) provides Parent CNA, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Personal Care Worker services throughout the state of Colorado. Additionally, we have four CNA schools (https://www.getcna.co/) which are unique in that they allow students to take their classes in an online format while enabling them to attend in-person clinical and practice labs.

Program Overview:

Candidates hired for this position will work on the administrative side of our IHSS program. IHSS is a Colorado Medicaid program in which a parent, family member, or loved one can be reimbursed to care for their loved one with disabilities or severe conditions. Duties Maintains a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails Provide excellent customer service Maintain excellent and detailed records Receive patient referrals and coordinate with clinical staff Conduct phone assessments for incoming clients Work closely with Billing and Payroll to ensure accuracy Adapts quickly to a changing work environment Is reliable, engaged, and provides feedback to improve processes and policies Tracking patient insurance eligibility Participate in an on call rotation Go into client homes as needed Hours and Pay Monday through Friday, 8 am-4:30 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break. $27 per hour Training will take place in Colorado Springs, up to 4 weeks.
