You'll work with a skilled, supportive team in a therapist-led environment where your clinical expertise is valued and your professional growth is a priority. Key Responsibilities
- With the Physical Therapist's guidance, you'll deliver evidence-based interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and innovative modalities.
- Educate patients and families on exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
- Document patient progress accurately and timely in compliance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians, Occupational Therapists, and other clinicians to optimize patient care.
- Adjust treatment plans under the Physical Therapist's direction to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, professional standards, and clinic policies.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, specialty certifications, and mentorship programs.
