McKee Family Dentistry, Loveland, CO Schedule :
Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (flexible)
Compensation :
$24 to $29 per hour
Job Summary:
McKee Family Dentistry is seeking an experienced Patient/Treatment Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and team-oriented individual who can transition seamlessly into our dental office. The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced environment, remains calm under pressure, communicates effectively, and builds quick rapport with patients. Dental office experience is required, along with strong computer skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet patients and manage the check-in and check-out process. Present treatment plans clearly and professionally. Schedule appointments and maintain provider calendars. Respond to patient inquiries and support patient needs. Verify insurance benefits and assist with financial arrangements. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Support a positive and cohesive team environment.
Qualifications:
Previous dental office experience required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Excellent computer and practice management software skills. Reliable, professional, and team-focused work ethic.
Compensation:
Hourly rate of $24 to $29 depending on experience.
