Contemporary Care Centers is a rapidly growing and innovative psychiatric practice. We are seeking a versatile and highly reliable Patient Services Specialist to join our Danbury team. You will be working in our new patient line as well as in our Call Center, acting as the first point of contact for patients. If you are a flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves variety in your workday, this is the perfect role for you.
Duties :
Serve as the warm, professional "voice of the practice" for incoming calls. Route calls efficiently to the correct departments and clinical staff. Provide clear, helpful information to new and existing patients. Perform data entry, maintain call records, and assist with clerical tasks. Handle high-volume phone traffic with empathy and patience. Facilitate patient registration
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
1+ years of Call Center experience AND 1+ years of Medical Office/Reception experience.
Tech Savvy:
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with EMR/PM software.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written skills; able to handle sensitive psychiatric patient interactions with compassion.
Reliability:
A strong work ethic and punctuality
Pay:
$18.00
