Leave your work at the office with absolutely zero weekend or on-call requirements. What You Will Do (Day-to-Day):Provide Therapy:
Deliver high-quality individual and group therapeutic services to adults navigating mental health, substance use, and co-occurring diagnoses. Collaborate inTeams:
Participate in regular group supervision and clinical case reviews with your coworkers.Partner Across Disciplines:
Engage in scheduled interdisciplinary meetings to ensure holistic, well-rounded client care.Clinician Minimum Requirements:
MSW (CT-LMSW required), MFT (CT-MFT-A required), Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Master's Degree in a related clinical field required (CT-LPC-A required). Clinical experience with clients with substance use and co-occurring diagnoses preferred.Schedule:
No weekend or on call expectations. Clinician full-time positions are 40 hours per week, Monday- Friday.
- Clinicians are required to work until 8 P.
Clinician Salary Range:
Non-LCSW, $55,370- $62,646 Non-LCSW, Bilingual Clinicians
- Spanish/English Fluency $58,173
- $65,817 LCSW, LPC, LMFT LADC Clinicians $65,166
- $73,730 LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC Bilingual Spanish/English Fluency $68,465
