Description:
Are you looking for a clinical role that offers a supportive team environment? United Services is seeking full-time Clinicians to join our Adult Outpatient Services program. This is an exceptional opportunity to conduct deeply meaningful, long-term therapeutic work without the isolation often found in private practice. You will work within a highly collaborative, interdisciplinary team that focus on providing quality client care.

Leave your work at the office with absolutely zero weekend or on-call requirements. What You Will Do (Day-to-Day):
Provide Therapy:
Deliver high-quality individual and group therapeutic services to adults navigating mental health, substance use, and co-occurring diagnoses. Collaborate in
Teams:
Participate in regular group supervision and clinical case reviews with your coworkers.
Partner Across Disciplines:
Engage in scheduled interdisciplinary meetings to ensure holistic, well-rounded client care.
Clinician Minimum Requirements:
MSW (CT-LMSW required), MFT (CT-MFT-A required), Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Master's Degree in a related clinical field required (CT-LPC-A required). Clinical experience with clients with substance use and co-occurring diagnoses preferred.
Schedule:
No weekend or on call expectations. Clinician full-time positions are 40 hours per week, Monday
  • Friday.
  • Clinicians are required to work until 8 P.
M. one night per week.
Clinician Salary Range:
Non-LCSW, $55,370
  • $62,646 Non-LCSW, Bilingual Clinicians
  • Spanish/English Fluency $58,173
  • $65,817 LCSW, LPC, LMFT LADC Clinicians $65,166
  • $73,730 LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC Bilingual Spanish/English Fluency $68,465

Because our clients rely on face-to-face support to build trust, this position is fully in-person and office based.
