Our team is committed to creating a friendly, supportive environment for both our patients and their families. We are looking for a Pediatric Front Office Specialist to serve as the first point of contact and help keep our office running smoothly. Position Summary The Pediatric Front Office Specialist is responsible for welcoming families, managing patient scheduling, and supporting daily office operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet patients and families warmly upon arrival Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments Maintain accurate patient information and update EHR records Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing questions Coordinate with medical staff to support efficient patient flow Keep the front desk and waiting area clean, stocked, and organized Assist with general administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Compassionate and comfortable working with children and families Proficient in Microsoft Office; EHR experience is a plus Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment High school diploma or equivalent required; medical office certification a plus Benefits Competitive pay and benefits package Supportive and collaborative work environment Paid time off and holiday pay If you are passionate about working with children and families and want to make a positive impact, we encourage you to apply!
