Onsite, office-based clinical environment Position Overview The Patient Access Representative serves as the first point of contact for patients entering the Practice. This role is essential in creating a welcoming, efficient, and supportive experience across multiple specialties, including Primary Care, Walk-Ins, Vascular Surgery, and Behavioral Health. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, empathetic, and comfortable interacting with a high volume of patients throughout the day. Key Responsibilities Complete check-in procedures for all specialties within the practice Greet patients, verify demographics, and ensure accuracy of all required information Maintain a professional, patient-centered environment throughout the day Collect necessary documentation from referring providers Utilize EMRs and internal systems to manage patient information Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold privacy standards Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in all patient interactions Required Qualifications Open on experience- willing to train! Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
