We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, results oriented Call Center Representative to support our primary care medical practice. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high call volumes while delivering an efficient, effective and consistently positive patient experience. Typical Daily Tasks / Responsibilities Respond to and triage patient inquiries; manage phone, messaging, and fax communications Collect and maintain patient information; communicate provider instructions and coordinate appointments Verify insurance coverage, obtain authorizations, and collect applicable patient balances Maintain knowledge of insurance requirements, including Medicaid and Medicare, and navigate multiple healthcare systems What We're Looking For Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills with strong telephone etiquette. Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting tasks and priorities. Efficient multitasker who works accurately under pressure. Quickly and effectively resolves patient inquiries. Confident navigating multiple systems while engaging with callers. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and thorough documentation. Ability to follow established processes and workflows consistently. Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare databases is preferred. Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field encouraged. Schedule Full-Time, in-office Monday through Friday No weekends or holidays Shifts are 7:50 AM to 5:00 PM This position is based in our Central Business Office in downtown Wilmington, Delaware.
