As a bilingual Patient Care Liaison , you'll be the heartbeat of our organization—the voice that calms, the smile that reassures, and the bridge that connects patients to the help they've been searching for. Your role isn't just administrative—it's transformational. You'll shape how every patient experiences compassion, trust, and hope. What You'll Do Create Connection Welcome patients warmly and professionally, both in person and over the phone. Set the tone for a safe, respectful, and supportive patient experience from first contact onward. Patient Information & Care Coordination Accurately collect, verify, and update patient demographic and intake information. Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and internal teams to support smooth coordination of care across locations. Support both in-person and telehealth workflows, ensuring patients are prepared and informed. Scheduling & Front Office Operations Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and confirmations. Support telemedicine visit coordination and daily front-office operations. Maintain efficient patient flow while balancing competing priorities. Insurance, Billing & Payment Support Assist patients with insurance verification, billing questions, and payment processes. Provide clear, compassionate guidance while maintaining professionalism and accuracy. Documentation & Confidentiality Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR). Handle all patient information with strict adherence to HIPAA and confidentiality standards. Environment & Team Support Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-office environment. Collaborate closely with clinicians and staff to ensure patients feel informed and supported at every step. Contribute to a high-functioning, patient-centered team culture. What You Bring Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish . Experience in a patient-facing, front desk, or healthcare role (behavioral health preferred). Strong communication skills with a natural sense of empathy and professionalism. Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with EHR systems, insurance processes, and medical terminology is a plus. A genuine desire to help people and be part of meaningful work. What You Bring Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish —you'll connect with people across cultures and comfort zones. A natural gift for communication, empathy, and problem-solving. Are you fluent in both languages? This is a full-time, on-site position in our Boca Raton office, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Are you able to reliably work this schedule? Do you have at least one year of experience working in a medical office, patient access, front desk, healthcare administration, or another patient-facing healthcare environment? This position requires collecting patient payments, verifying insurance, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate documentation. Are you comfortable performing these responsibilities?
