Job Description

Job Overview This role requires 2 years or more experience in a medical office setting if you do not have this experience, do not apply. Candidate must have longevity in previous employment, at least 2 years or more or do not apply. Concierge medical practice is seeking a dedicated and detail- oriented office manager assistant to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will often help serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a smooth and efficient clinic operation. Your expertise in medical administrative support, familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, and strong communication skills will help facilitate accurate documentation and appointment scheduling. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to quality healthcare delivery in an un-rushed, high service concierge practice. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and help manage front desk operations with professionalism and courtesy Schedule appointments efficiently using EMR system Manage patient records by filing, faxing medical records, updating electronic health records (EHR), and ensuring HIPAA compliance Handle phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette across multi-line phone systems Support clinical staff by managing referrals to other specialists, and helping to maintain organized patient records. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10/ICD-9 coding and CPT coding. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly in accordance with HIPAA regulations Proven ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Pay:
$22.76 - $24.41 per hour
