Responsibilities:
- + Assists the Site Manager in supporting team members within assigned practice.
+ This coordination includes but is not limited to all duties related to revenue cycle operations, including check-in/check-out, collecting payments, scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, scheduling procedures/surgeries, entering orders, monitoring patient flow and utilizing various computer programs to manage schedules, handle patient issues, record patient information, and various other administrative support duties. + Provide training, assist with evaluation of front and back-office team members, and maintain a professional office atmosphere. + Perform other duties as assigned. + Acts as leader in charge in manager's absence.
Required Education:
- HS Graduate or Equivalent GED +
Required Experience:
