    • Role Overview
    • As a Medical Office Coordinator, you will play a key leadership and operational role within the practice, supporting staff, improving workflows, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
    • Key responsibilities include:
    • + Assisting the Site Manager in supporting team members within the assigned practice + Overseeing and supporting revenue cycle operations, including check-in/check-out and collecting payments + Scheduling appointments, procedures, and surgeries + Managing patient inquiries and supporting overall patient experience + Entering orders, maintaining accurate patient records, and utilizing multiple systems to manage workflows + Monitoring patient flow and resolving patient concerns + Training and assisting in the evaluation of front- and back-office team members + Maintaining a professional and efficient office environment + Acting as leader in charge in the manager's absence + Performing other duties as assigned •Qualifications•Education•
    Required:
    • + High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
    • Experience
    • Required:
    • + Two (2) years of Medical Office or healthcare experience
    • Highly Preferred:
