Patient Experience Coordinator

Smile 4 Me Dental is looking for a warm, organized, and driven Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team! We're a fast-paced, patient-focused dental office that values connection, growth, and a positive team culture.

What You'll Do:

Answer and manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and warmth Schedule patients and maintain an efficient daily schedule Verify dental insurance and assist with basic insurance coordination Support patient check-in/check-out and overall front desk flow Help create a welcoming, high-energy patient experience

What We're Looking For:

Dental front desk experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Willingness to learn and grow within the practice Creativity is a plus if you enjoy social media or marketing Why Join Us?
