  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Admissions Coordinator to join our healthcare team.
In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective patients, guiding them through the admissions process with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your energetic approach will ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for all individuals seeking our services. T Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls, chats, and web inquiries from individuals seeking Mental Health and Substance Abuse Treatment. Conduct initial screenings and gather relevant information with empathy and professionalism. Manage patient intake by collecting accurate personal, insurance, and medical information efficiently. Manage multiple conversations simultaneously across phone and chat platforms. Meet and exceed daily/weekly performance metrics (call volume, conversion rates, response times.) Collaborate with internal team to ensure a smooth transition into care Qualifications Strong communication skills(verbal and written.) High energy, positive attitude, and ability to think on your feet. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools. Comfortable working in a structured, metric-driven call center environment. Ability to multitask using dual-monitor setups. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Experience in behavioral health, admissions, sales, or call center is a plus (not required.) What We`re Looking For Someone who genuinely cares about helping people in difficult situations.
