This is our first hire, and the right person will play a key role in shaping the practice from day one. This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a startup environment. Must be outgoing, friendly and not afraid to jump in anywhere you are needed to ensure patient needs are met. What You'll Do Answer phones professionally and compassionately Schedule new and established patients accurately Create an excellent first impression for patients Collect and verify patient demographics and insurance Perform basic insurance eligibility checks Coordinate referrals and prior authorizations Scan and manage medical records Communicate with a remote billing specialist Assist with front-office operations and workflow development Meet potential referring doctors in the community What We're Looking For Prior medical office experience required Strong communication and organizational skills High attention to detail and accuracy Professional, ethical, and reliable Comfortable answering phones and handling multiple tasks Willing to grow with the practice Schedule & Growth Full-time Clear opportunity to advance into a Lead Administrative or Practice Manager role based on performance Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Raises tied to responsibility and performance Benefits (see additional info) Who Will Thrive Here You will do well in this role if you: Take pride in accuracy and patient experience Are comfortable "doing the work," not just supervising or watching Want long-term growth—not just a temporary job Please apply with your resume and a brief note explaining why you're a good fit for a startup medical practice.
