$20.00 - $23.50 / hour This position is essentially a Health Unit Coordinator / Emergency Department Unit Secretary role supporting the Emergency Services team overnight at HealthPark Medical Center.

This role would be a strong fit for candidates with experience as aUnit Coordinator, Unit Secretary, Patient Access Representative, Medical Receptionist, Emergency Department Coordinator, or Clerical position in a healthcare setting. Primary Responsibilities Serve as a liaison between: Patients Families Physicians Hospital staff Help ensure a positive patient experience. Coordinate patient flow within the emergency department. Perform clerical and administrative duties for the nursing unit. Support efficient unit operations and care delivery. Identify operational challenges and escalate concerns appropriately. Communicate timely information to nurses, leaders, and other decision-makers. Assist with patient admissions, transfers, discharges, and documentation as needed.
