Dental Patient Coordinator - Checkout Specialist Onsite| Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator who excels in organization, communication, and execution to take ownership of our checkout process. This role is essential to ensuring every patient leaves with a clear plan, a scheduled appointment, and a positive experience. What You'll Do Checkout Excellence Ensure accurate and efficient patient checkout Schedule all follow-up and hygiene appointments before patients leave Collect co-pays and balances with confidence and professionalism Schedule & Patient Flow Support Help maintain a productive, well-managed schedule Minimize gaps by securing future appointments at checkout Support a seamless patient experience from start to finish Patient Communication Clearly reinforce next steps and provider recommendations Help patients feel informed and confident about their care Team Collaboration You'll work alongside a Dental Patient Coordinator Check In Specialist, an Insurance Coordinator and a Treatment Plan Coordinator.

This role requires:

Strong working knowledge of insurance and treatment planning Ability to support and reinforce—not replace—those roles A team-first mindset to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Minimum 3 years dental front office experience
