Duties Manage incoming patient inquiries and schedule appointments efficiently. Collect and verify patient information, including medical history and insurance details. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations. Assist patients in understanding their care plans and services offered. Coordinate with healthcare providers to facilitate patient care and follow-up. Provide excellent phone etiquette while addressing patient concerns and inquiries. Support office management tasks, ensuring the clinic runs smoothly. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall patient experience. Requirements Previous experience as a medical receptionist is preferred. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
