Palm Beach Orthopaedic Institution is seeking a motivated and skilled Physical Therapist Assitant to join our team in our Jupiter location, specializing in the treatment of orthopedic and sports-related injuries. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping active individuals to return to optimal function, prevent future injuries, and enhance performance. Profit Sharing Requirements:
Collaborate with Physical Therapists to create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans focused on strength, mobility, neuromuscular control, and functional performance Utilize a wide range of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise/activity, strengthening and performance training strategies to restore function and reduce pain Educate patients on injury prevention, biomechanics, and performance optimization Collaborate with the PBOI Physicians to ensure coordinated care for patients Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes Qualifications Physical Therapist Assistant Degree from an Accredited Institution Current state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant Experience or strong interest in orthopedics and sports rehabilitation Knowledge of current evidence-based practices in musculoskeletal care Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
