Job Description
OCHS operates several Community Health Centers throughout Osceola County that are accredited by The Joint Commission for Ambulatory Care and Primary Care Medical Home. Full Time, Patient Service Representative Full-time clerical position in clinical site. Performs clinic front desk duties including coordinating patient check ins; verifying patient's eligibility for services and updating patient demographics; check out patients; collect money from patients for services rendered. Reconcile funds collected daily; uses insurance portals. Uses office equipment such as telephone, computer, scanner, fax machine, and copy machine. If bi-lingual may be required to provide interpreter services to clients as needed. Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Bilingual preferred
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- One (1) Customer Service experience
- One (1) medical environment, preferred.
