Required Screenings:
Will be discussed with applicant; Drug Free Workplace.
Job Description:
Help patients use our medical device at home without bedside lifting or shift work. Use your healthcare experience to guide patients through application, troubleshooting, and daily questions via phone.
What You'll Do:
Support patients by phone Walk them through device application and troubleshooting Provide education to patients & caregivers Document all interactions in our support system

Will be discussed with applicant.
