Job Description
Overview Overview Plays a vital role in assisting patients with understanding and managing their financial responsibilities related to medical care. Guides patients through insurance verification, explaining benefits, and coordinating payment plans or financial assistance programs. Communicates to resolve billing inquiries and collaborates with healthcare providers and billing departments to maintain accurate account information. Educates patients on financial resources, monitors outstanding balances, and ensures thorough documentation of all interactions and arrangements. Responsibilities Responsibilities

- Ability to train staff on quality standards and best practices
