You'll work closely with patients, insurance companies, and our clinical staff to help patients understand their insurance benefits and receive the care they need. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Verify patient insurance benefits and eligibility Explain insurance coverage and benefits to patients in a clear and professional manner Enter and maintain accurate patient and insurance information Process insurance payments, refunds, and account adjustments Post patient and insurance payments Follow up on outstanding insurance claims and unpaid balances Upload and maintain insurance verification documents Generate reports and assist with insurance-related administrative tasks Monitor weekly and monthly insurance activity and payment reports Assist patients with insurance questions and concerns Support front office operations as needed What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED required Strong customer service and communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Comfortable using computers and learning new software Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Training Provided No prior dental experience?
