Behind every call is a senior citizen trying to navigate a system that feels overwhelming. Behind every referral is a family finally getting the answers they have been searching for. That is where you come in. We are a nonprofit organization with a long history of serving older adults and their families across South Florida. Our team is expanding and we are looking for caring, detail-oriented professionals who want to build a career with purpose. What You Will Do You will handle 40-60 inbound calls daily from patients and their caregivers. Your role is to collect and verify demographic and insurance information, identify the right resources, and connect clients to the services and support they need most. What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field Working knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare processes 2+ years of call center experience

Bilingual:
