Job Description
Responsibilities Register students and maintain accurate records of enrollment information. Provide students and families with necessary enrollment information and ensure all required documentation is completed for coursework. Assist families in ensuring all forms, records, and information are submitted to begin active coursework. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service, assisting visitors, parents, and students with inquiries and providing a welcoming atmosphere at The Light Academy of Florida Perform additional administrative tasks and directives as assigned by school administrators to support the school's operational needs. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or prior experience in school administration is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficient in the use of office software and student information systems. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Flexibility to assist in various roles, including cafeteria assistant when necessary. Experience in an educational setting or similar role is preferred.
