• Full-time Treatment Coordinator (Miramar and Pompano Beach) This is not a training position.

We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running. We are a growing two-location dental practice in South Florida offering general, cosmetic, orthodontic, and implant dentistry. We are looking for a Treatment Plan Coordinator who is confident, personable, and motivated to help patients say yes to the care they need — and willing to jump in chairside when needed. What You'll Do Present treatment plans clearly after exams Explain insurance benefits and out-of-pocket costs Offer and close financing options (CareCredit, Cherry, HFD, Proceed Finance) Follow up on unscheduled treatment Hit monthly case acceptance goals Assist chairside as a dental assistant when needed Primarily based in Miramar with travel to Pompano Beach as needed What We're Looking For 2+ years dental front office or TC experience Dental assisting experience/able to cross-train in the back as needed X-ray certification required Strong communicator who is comfortable asking for the commitment Familiar with PPO insurance Dentrix or Open Dental experience a plus Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Creole a plus Compensation Full-time position $22
