Job Overview At Alzheimer's Treatment Centers of America (ATCA) in Palm Beach Gardens, we combine cutting-edge technology, advanced diagnostics, and personalized precision medicine to uncover the true root causes of cognitive decline. We are currently seeking a Concierge Patient Assistant . In this vital role, you will assist the RNs' in providing exceptional specialized patient care, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal health outcomes. This role will support a wide range of tailored medical services empowering patients on their journey to wellness. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with state of the art AI technology to assist patients with Alzheimer's and Cognitive decline. Collaborate with the clinical and administrative/executive team to deliver comprehensive healthcare solutions. We are currently open Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm, but must be flexible with patients' treatment plans that may include Saturdays and early/late days on some occasions. (Please note that we are not currently hiring for the summer/seasonally availability.) Please do not apply if you are not available Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm and have a desire to stay long term. We offer Health Insurance (company pays 70% of the cost, employee responsible for 30%), PTO, 401k (available by the end of 2026), Paid Holidays (New Year's Eve (afternoon), New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Eve (afternoon), and Christmas Day and access to treatments/testing at discounted rates. Duties Greet and welcome all patients and visitors warmly, escort patients to treatment rooms and assist throughout their visit(s). Coordinate patient's multiple appointments with efficiency and professionalism. Ability to conduct AI/computerized testing/treatments with patients. Assist clinical staff by managing patient flow within the facility. Along with the RNs, maintain accurate patient records and documentation within E-Clinical Works (ECW). Serve as a liaison between patients and providers to address needs or concerns promptly. Qualifications While experience is not required, we are interested in candidates who have a strong interest in the medical field. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced settings Excellent communication skills with a focus on compassionate patient interaction, specifically dealing with Alzheimer's and cognitive impaired patients and their families.
