In this role, you will ensure a seamless, high-end experience for our clients, manage critical behind-the-scenes logistics, and have the opportunity to showcase your creativity by helping shape our digital brand presence.

What You'll Do:

Elevated Guest Relations:

Greet clients and patients with a warm, professional demeanor, creating an inviting and upscale atmosphere.

Dual EMR Management:

Accurately manage patient scheduling, intake paperwork, and records across two electronic medical record (EMR) systems .

Inventory & Product Tracking:

Assist with managing retail and clinical inventory, tracking product levels, and ensuring the retail area is beautifully stocked and organized.

Financial Transactions:

Seamlessly process payments for aesthetic services, packages, and retail product sales with accuracy and professionalism.

Patient Advocacy & Education:

Answer inquiries regarding our aesthetic treatments, injectable services, and skincare lines with empathy, clarity, and confidence.

What We're Looking For:

A Genuine Passion for

Aesthetics:

A strong interest in skincare, wellness, and aesthetic services (knowledge of medical spa treatments is a major plus!).

Tech-Savvy Adaptability:

Proven experience navigating electronic health/medical records (experience with multiple systems or eClinicalWorks is highly preferred).

Detail-Oriented & Organized:

Exceptional multitasking skills with a sharp eye for inventory tracking and data entry.

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of medical office, medical spa, or high-end hospitality front desk experience (required).

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Social Media & Marketing Savvy:

Experience or a strong talent for creating engaging social media content (Instagram/TikTok) and marketing materials to help promote our services and events.
